Servsafe Food Safety Manager

The ServSafe® Seminar is an 6-hour certification program which teaches owners and food handlers how to protect against food borne illness outbreaks, minimize insurance costs, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality.  The ServSafe® program is the industry standard for food safety education.  More than two million managers nationwide have been certified through the program.  In order to become certified, one must pass the exam given at the end of the seminar with a score of 75% or better.

Important Information:

One form per person attending. A five (5) day written cancellation notice is required for course refund. If you do not show up for class, your account will still be invoiced the full amount. Your spot in the class is transferable to someone else in your company if you cannot attend.

For proper credit when paying by check you should do one of the following: a) mail it to US Foods, 15155 Northam Street, La Mirada, CA  90638 Attn: Jeannine K Sanders, b) give it to your AE/TM before the date of class, or c) bring it with you the day of class

Limited space available. Placement is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation. You and the ServSafe administrator will receive a confirmation immediately after online registration.
