This registration form is for students who will utilize transportation provided by Notre Dame Schools for the 2023-2024 school year. Transportation provided by Notre Dame Schools will serve those locations in Lake, Cuyahoga, and Geauga counties where the expressed need is greatest.

Bus passes are $7/trip and requires a resevation for each. Rides are are subject to space availablity.

Activity Van Transportation Provided by Notre Dame Schools

Notre Dame Schools will provide activity van transportation that departs from the cafeteria at NDCL each day at 6:30pm.

The activity van is limited to 9 passengers and available on a first come, first serve on a daily basis. You will recieve seperate instructions for how to sign-up for this daily service on August 8.

There is no additional cost to utilize this service if your child rides a daily van/bus provided by Notre Dame Schools. If used as needed only, the cost is $7.00/ride.
