Buddy Family to New NDES Families: You will help a new family with getting acclimated to the community. Get your child/children involved in helping their child/children get acclimated as well.
Middle School Fall Event: Help be a part of the committee in planning the tailgating event for the middle school.
NDPA bulletin board coordinators: Create the bulletin board in the school by the library for a chosen month! A fun way to get involved and be a part of the school community!
Teacher Conference Dinners: Help the chair of this event in setting up the room and making a special night for our teachers.
Christmas Boutique: This event provides multiple opportunities for getting involved. You will be able to sign up for setting up, cleaning up, wrapping gifts, taking photos, stocking gifts on the tables and more!
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon: Help our chair of the event to organize and set up a special teacher luncheon.
Student Appreciation Luncheon: We are looking for someone to chair this event! The chairperson will choose what special lunch will be provided for the children and coordinate that lunch with the help of a needed small committee as well!
Father Daughter Dance: We are looking for a committee of helpers for this event to help our chair! You will help choose a theme/idea for the event, food, activities etc. A great opportunity to help Dad/special person and daughter enjoy an afternoon/evening together!
Kindergarten Screening
1st Communion Celebration: This is a great opportunity to help our Second Grade community. You will help with choosing small treats, favors and setting up the MPR room for our Second Graders and families. Third Grade parents are recommended for this event.
Second Grade Retreat: Second Grade parents, we need your help! This is a great opportunity to help in your child’s class this year planning crafts and a snack.
Spring Carnival: Looking for help in adding to our annual Spring Carnival as well as setting up and tearing down.
Uniform Exchange Committee: Help setting up tables with uniforms to exchange.
8th Grade Graduation: Looking for a committee to help our chair. Planning the event, décor, set up, tear down, graduation picture boards and more!
Mother & Son Event: Looking for a chair for this event as well as a small committee. Deciding on the event, food, activities etc.
St. Nick treat: A short window of time on St. Nick Day to hand out treats to the classrooms.
Trunk of Treat: A great event to start with if you’re looking to get involved! Collecting candy from the candy monster in the lobby and helping to disperse on the night of the event.
New Parent Meet & Greet
NDPA Parent Representative: help foster good communication in the school and assist in the development of our school community. These volunteers help to unite our school community and enhance the quality of relationships.
Back to School Picnic: Help with handing out a summer treat

Room Parent

Volunteering to become a room parent gives you the opportunity to be in your child’s classroom for the following parties; Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and End of Year. You will plan the parties with a snack, games and craft with the help of two other parent helpers. Once the room parent is announced, there will be a meeting to attend that will go over all of the details. I would like to volunteer as homeroom parent for the following grade levels:
