East Bay Pie Co, a Pieology Franchisee, is aquiring two locations from corporate on 2/27/18. As part of this, Pieology corporate will be ending your employment on 2/26/18, paying out all wages and benefits owed, and you will need to be re-hired by our company, starting as a new hire as of 2/27/18.
Our current handbook, policies, and benefits will be available to you during onboarding and may differ from Pieology Corporate’s. Your tenure and all accrued benefits will start over with your new employment with East Bay Pie Co.
Once you complete this form, we will schedule a time to come and complete the onboarding process with you. Please make sure to bring the following with you for onboarding:
- Current Documentation/I.D. for I-9 form
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Direct Deposit information (if desired at start of employment. We also offer a Visa Paycard option)
- Please note, we require non slip/safety shoes as part of our uniform

If you have questions about these policies prior to accepting a position, please request further information during onboarding.
