Statements are mailed the first day of each month, and available online. Payment is due upon receipt of statement. A penalty of 1.5% will be added to each statement not paid by the 25th of the month and 1.5% each month thereafter until paid. A discount is given to those customers who pay the balance of their statement by the 10th of the month following billing.
If this application is accepted and credit is extended, the applicant shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions. If accounts are not promptly paid when due and this account is collected by a collection agency or an attorney, by suit or otherwise, applicant agrees to pay all collection fees and/or attorney's fees and cost of collection.
