When you submit your own background files, they must be 8"x12" (2400px x 3600px) at 300ppi, sRGB, 8bit, in Baseline (“Standard”) Compression format

Background names should be 2-3 characters, alpha and numeric only and must fit within the numeric pattern of the rest of your library such as F1, F2, F3, F4, etc. Naming backgrounds with excessive characters or an erratic pattern make data entry more complicated when entering orders.
