Mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION

Classification: Mechanic

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a valid driver's license with a motor vehicle acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Must be prepared to work from sunrise to sunset Monday through Saturday.

Must be able to work more than 60 miles from home for extended periods of time.

Works independently to inspect repair and maintain the functional part(s) of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Inspects defective equipment and diagnoses malfunction(s). Adjusts, replaces and repairs. Welds. Disassembles and overhauls internal combustion engines (diesel and gasoline fueled), pumps, generators, transmissions, clutches, rear end assembly, brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, etc. Must have own set of tools including ¾ drive. Technical Training and Experience.
