By signing below, I acknowledge and accept that I am financially responsible to pay for string lessons for the 2023/2024 school year to be billed in advance. If I decide to cancel or withdraw from the program for any reason, I will still be financially responsible for the remaining monthly program fees.
Additionally, I understand that school holidays and vacations have been factored into the monthly fee for lessons. Because of tight scheduling, I understand that there can be no refunds for absenteeism and that changes in scheduling mid-program will only be made if possible. All teachers will do their best to give make-up lessons whenever possible. Lessons will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis; and students are required to practice on a daily basis.
