WAIVER AND POLICIES

FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, the undersigned jointly and severally hereby forever release TTC Tennis and its contracted coaches from any and all claims,actions, suits, demands, agreements that arise from tennis instruction.

I, intend to be legally bound for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, next of kin, and anyone who might make a claim on my behalf, hereby waive, release, and discharge TTC Tennis, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all claims for damages, injury, and/or liability whether caused by any active or passive negligent act or omission of TTC Tennis or their officers, agents, employees or otherwise, related to my child’s participation in the activity of both private lesson and group program instruction.

I agree to this provider’s Waivers & Disclaimers and Terms & Conditions, which is mandatory in order to complete your registration, you confirm that ”both my child and I agree to abide by all the rules and requirements listed within this agreement.

I, hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during TTC Tennis Summer Camp 2022 through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of TTC Tennis promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

Refund/Cancellation: TTC Tennis does not allow any makeup, refund or credit for any missed trainning/lesson day where you decide not to participate for any reason other than in TTC Tennis responsability or weather cancellation. Boarding: No refunds or rescheduling of dates
