TVT 2023 Exhibit Booth LOA

For the first time, companies have the opportunity to exhibit at TVT 2023. We are pleased to offer standard 10'x10' and 10'x20' booths. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted before this time will not be accepted.

All booths are standard 10’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height is 8’. Each exhibit will be provided with 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape dividers, and a 7” x 44” company identification sign.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Exhibit Booth Opportunity at TVT 2023. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate cancellation fees outlined below: 

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above. Payment required upon receipt of invoice and must be received prior to TVT 2023.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of TVT 2023. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
