TCT 2022 Lunch Satellite - In-Person Only

In-Person Lunch Satellite Programs at TCT 2022 are 1-hour sessions, which will take place in-person on September 17th-September 19th, 2022. In an effort to create a balanced program, date preferences will be taken into consideration, but are not guaranteed. Upon submission of an application, a member of CRF’s Industry Relations team will reach out to confirm the details of the Satellite slot, as well as share important logistical details.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above In-Person Lunch Satellite opportunity for TCT 2022; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below:

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of TCT 2022. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
