Sponsorship opportunities will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Once the online LOA has been received and approved, the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF) will provide the company with a confirmation of secured opportunities. Detailed specifications regarding artwork and deadlines will be made available in late April 2018.
 
Submission Guidelines:
The submission of the Sponsorship Letter of Agreement (LOA) is a binding contract when submitted to CRF. CRF will review and confirm all requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting companies will receive an email outlining the secured opportunities within 48-72 hours.
 
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by CRF, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally binding on all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
 
Important Notice: The submission of the Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of the 30th Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics. Cancellation Policy

Receipt of a signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above sponsorship opportunities at the 30th Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below: 

Sponsoring companies that cancel their sponsorship opportunity will pay 100% of the total promotional funding amount as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of the 30th Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations. The signer of the application also agrees to share the terms and conditions with all exhibiting company representatives who attend the 30th Annual Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics.
