TCT 2022 - Official Meeting Room Approval

Official Meeting Rooms are private rooms at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) for companies to conduct investigator meetings, internal meetings, board meetings, etc. Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Blackout times will not be enforced for these meetings - companies may conduct meetings during the below official conference hours:

  • Saturday, September 17, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Sunday, September 18, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Monday, September 19, 2022 - 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

The fee is $75,000 and includes access to the meeting room (approximately 1000 square feet) for the three main conference days: Saturday, September 17 - Monday, September 19, 2022.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to the room rental fee of $75,000 for Saturday 9/17 - Monday 9/19. Upon approval, sponsoring companies will be sent a confirmation letter with an invoice for the meeting room and then will work directly with the BCEC to make arrangements pertaining to the proposed meeting. Any direct costs associated with the function (e.g. food, beverage, audiovisual equipment, and labor) are the responsibility of the activity sponsor.
