CRF will offer a number of private rooms at the following local hotels for companies to conduct affiliated meetings:

• Marriott Marquis Washington, DC - 901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001
• Westin Washington, DC Downtown - 999 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001

Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After a meeting space is released to the affiliate, the organization must work directly with the hotel/venue to make arrangements pertaining to the proposed meeting.

 

Meeting rooms are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies. All TCT-affiliated activities must be approved by CRF. 

 

$3,000.00 (USD) for up to four hours per day, or

$6,000.00 (USD) for more than four hours per day

 

Room rental fees include room rental and set-up.
Catering and A/V are additional costs and will be paid directly to the appropriate vendor.

 

Written notice of cancellation must be received via email or on company letterhead to Mariah Admire at madmire@crf.org. Cancellation or reduction of meeting space will pay the following fees:

• Cancellation or reduction of meeting space within 48 hours of request confirmation, the company will be refunded 100% of paid meeting fees
• Cancellation or reduction of meeting space on or before October 1, 2024, the company will be refunded 50% of total meeting space fee
• Cancellation or reduction of meeting space after October 1, 2024, the company will forfeit 100% of the total meeting space fee

Meeting rooms may not be used to draw physician attendees away from scientific sessions. If the purpose of the meeting is misrepresented, CRF may be forced to cancel the reservation on-site and will be unable to reserve a room on your company’s behalf the following year at TCT. This also applies to third-party planners.
