CRF will offer a number of private rooms at the following local hotels for companies to conduct affiliated meetings:
- Marriott Marquis Washington, DC - 901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001
- Westin Washington, DC Downtown - 999 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001
Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After a meeting space is released to the affiliate, the organization must work directly with the hotel/venue to make arrangements pertaining to the proposed meeting.
Meeting rooms are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies. All TCT-affiliated activities must be approved by CRF.
Official meeting room rental fees:
$3,000.00 (USD) for up to four hours per day, or
$6,000.00 (USD) for more than four hours per day
Room rental fees include room rental and set-up.
Catering and A/V are additional costs and will be paid directly to the appropriate vendor.
Affiliated activities involving more than 3 physician attendees may not be held during the following times (times are subject to change):
- Sunday, October 27, 2024: No Blackout Hours
- Monday, October 28, 2024: 7:30AM-6:00PM
- Tuesday, October 29, 2024: 7:30AM-6:00PM
- Wednesday, October 30, 2024: 7:30AM-6:00PM
