New York Valves 2024 - Academic Satellite Lunch Programs

New York Valves 2024 Academic Satellite Lunch Programs are 1-hour sessions with a 15-minute check-in directly before the program. In an effort to create a balanced program, date preferences will be taken into consideration, but are not guaranteed. Upon submission of an application, a member of the CRF® Industry Relations team will reach out to confirm the details of the satellite slot, as well as share important logistical details. 

Program and Logistical Management

The sponsoring company or its organizing agency is responsible for all aspects of the logistical and program management of the satellite, including but not limited to, program and faculty coordination, and catering.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above academic satellite opportunities for New York Valves 2024; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF®, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below: 

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation® and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation® deems necessary to ensure the success of New York Valves 2024.  Any amendment to the Letter of Agreement shall be in writing and signed by both CRF® and the sponsoring company.
