TVT 2022- Sponsorship Opportunities LOA

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at TVT 2022. Creating awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promoting a Satellite or Training program, or simply reminding attendees that your company has a presence at TVT 2022 can be accomplished by sponsoring a promotional opportunity.

All opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Faculty Reception Sponsorship

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Sponsorship Opportunities for TVT 2022 therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below: 

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above. Payment required upon receipt of invoice and must be received prior to TVT 2022.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of TVT 2022. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
