THT 2023 Exhibit Booth LOA

Exhibit booths are available at THT 2023 for our industry partners to highlight their latest insights and innovations while enhancing attendee knowledge and resources. CRF is pleased to invite your company to exhibit at THT 2023!

Exhibiting opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted before this date will not be accepted.

Booth Information

All booths are standard 10’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height is 8’. Each exhibit will be provided with 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape dividers, and a 7” x 44” company identification sign.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Exhibiting Opportunity at THT 2023. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation as soon as possible, and the exhibiting company will be required to pay the appropriate cancellation fees outlined below:

Exhibiting companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above. Payment required upon receipt of invoice and must be received prior to THT 2023. Refunds are not available.

This Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of THT 2023. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
