THT 2025 Sponsorship Opportunities LOA

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at THT 2025. Create awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promote a Satellite or Training program, or simply remind attendees of your company's presence at THT 2025 by sponsoring a promotional opportunity!

All opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, September 4, at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted before this time will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above sponsorship opportunities for THT 2025; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below:

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of THT 2025.
