CRF will offer a number of private rooms at the Omni and Westin Boston Seaport for companies to conduct affiliated meetings.
Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. After a meeting space is released to the affiliate, the organization must work directly with the hotel/venue to make arrangements pertaining to the proposed meeting.
Meeting rooms are available to exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies. All TCT-affiliated activities must be approved by CRF. A non-refundable administrative fee of $199.00 (US) is required for each approved affiliated activity, in addition to the following room rental fees.
Meeting room rental fees:
$2,500.00 (USD) for up to four hours per day, or
$5,000.00 (USD) for more than four hours per day
These fees include room rental and set-up.
Catering and A/V are additional costs and will be paid directly to the appropriate vendor.
Physician-attended affiliated activities may not be held during the following times (times are subject to change):
- Saturday, September 17, 2022: 6:30 AM-8:30 PM
- Sunday, September 18, 2022: 6:30 AM-8:00 PM
- Monday, September 19, 2022: 6:30 AM-6:00 PM
