THT 2022- Exhibit Opportunities LOA

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at THT 2022. Creating awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promoting a Satellite or Training program, or simply reminding attendees that your company has a presence at THT 2022 can be accomplished by sponsoring a promotional opportunity.

All opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be accepted beginning Thursday, October 14th, 2021 at 1:00 PM ET. Requests submitted before this time will not be accepted.

Booth Information

An in-line exhibit is one or more standard 8’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height for an in-line exhibit is 8’. Each exhibit will be provided with 8’ high back drape, 3’ side dividers and drape, and a 7” x 44” company identification sign.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Sponsorship Opportunities for THT 2022 therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below:

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above. Payment required upon receipt of invoice and must be received prior to THT 2022.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of THT 2022. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
