Fellows 2023 Sponsorship Opportunities LOA

Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at the Fellows Course 2023. Create awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promote a Satellite program, or simply remind attendees of your company's presence at Fellows 2023 by sponsoring a promotional opportunity!

All opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be accepted beginning Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted before this time will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Sponsorship Opportunities for Fellows 2023 therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be submitted in writing to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay cancellation fees outlined below:

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above. Payment is required upon receipt of the invoice and must be received prior to Fellows 2023.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of Fellows 2023. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
