TVT 2022: In-Person Industry-Sponsored Sessions

In-Person Industry-Sponsored Sessions are 1-hour programs that will take place in person in one of the three main theaters at TVT:

Live Case Theater I
Live Case Theater II
Clinical Science Theater

These sessions will be available to in-person attendees only and will not be live-streamed or available on-demand. In an effort to create a balanced program, date preferences will be taken into consideration, but are not guaranteed. Upon submission of an application, a member of CRF’s Industry Relations team will reach out to confirm the details of the In-Person Only Industry-Sponsored Program, as well as share important logistical details.

Program and Logistical Management

The sponsoring company or its organizing agency is responsible for all aspects of the logistical and program management of these sessions, including but not limited to, program and faculty coordination. Companies sponsoring one of these timeslots are strongly encouraged to provide lunch to attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Submission of this e-signed Letter of Agreement is a commitment to the above Industry-Sponsored Session opportunities for TVT 2022; therefore, notification of sponsor cancellation must be in writing and submitted to CRF, and sponsoring company will be required to pay appropriate fees or cancellation penalties outlined below:

Sponsoring companies that cancel their submitted opportunity will pay 100% of the total cost as indicated above.

The Letter of Agreement is a binding contract when submitted to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all contract terms, conditions, and general rules and regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations that the Cardiovascular Research Foundation deems necessary to ensure the success of TVT 2022. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and all amendments, upon publication, shall be equally as binding to all parties affected by them as the original regulations.
