Gear up for a fun day of outdoor recreation and adventure!

Activities include: High Ropes (separate form required), Kayaking and Canoeing, Shooting Sports, Fishing, Hikes and so much more!

The High Ropes Course will be open from 8 am to 10:30 am. Come early to climb! Climbers must be at least 8 years of age, wear close-toed shoes, and have the permission form signed by their legal parent/guardian. 

Lunch will be served from 11:30 am -12:30 pm

Pre-register up to 4 participants on this form by May 31 at noon. 

Adults do not need to register!

I know that some of the activities at the Langwood Adventure Day are potentially dangerous. I understand that although the staff and volunteers will make every reasonable effort to maximize safety and minimize exposure to known risks, not all dangers and hazards can be foreseen (i.e., cuts, scrapes, bruises, fractures, debilitating injuries, etc.) Furthermore, I am aware that certain risks and dangers exist in these activities that are beyond the control of the sponsoring agencies and their staff. I understand that Langwood Adventure Day has the right to deny participation and that it is my responsibility as a participant to follow the safety standards, guidelines, and procedures established by the staff/instructors. If I do not understand specific instructions from the staff/instructor at any time I realize it is my responsibility to ask for clarity and/or assistance. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my registration, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all persons, organizations, their representatives, and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I understand that any individual under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian sign this form. During activities a photograph or video/audio recording may be taken of you or your child. Checking the yes box below will be considered permission for Louisa County Conservation to photo, film, audio/video tape, record and/or televise your image and/or voice for the image and/or voice of your child for use in any publications or promotional materials, in any medium now known or developed in the future without any restrictions.
