Lodging and Amenities

All attendees will be sleeping on bunk beds and will be sharing a room with 2-4 other women.

We will do our best to accomodate requests for bottom bunks due to specialized needs such as: medical situations, age, etc.

Bed Linens and Towels

Pillows, fitted and regular sheets, a towel and a washcloth are provided for each attendee.
However, we suggest you bring additional towels and/or blanket if desired.

- Hygiene products (to include toothpaste/toothbrush)

- Sneakers or comfortable shoes for walking

All images and videos taken during the retreat are the property of Ann-Maria Benton Ministry and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

If our ministry records a video testimony of you related to the retreat, only your first name will be displayed. Videos may be edited for various reasons, such as length, lighting, and speed. However, the likeness or appearance of the individual recorded will NOT be altered.

Airport Information

The retreat location is located just outside of Knoxville, TN (Exact location will be provided 2 weeks prior to retreat start date).

If you are flying to the retreat, the nearest airport is in Knoxville Tennessee: McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). The retreat is approximately 32 minutes from the airport.

Please book your flights or plan your drive time to align with these times.

Dinner will be served at 6pm on Thursday evening and Welcome/worship begins at 7:30pm. *Please do all you can to be in place BEFORE dinner begins at 6pm.

Payment and Refund Information

The entire retreat is $405 per person.

$75 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

After deposit is paid, the balance of $330 will be paid monthly (due by the 25th) of each month for 6 months). Entire payment due MUST be received no later than July 31, 2025.

***If attendee cancels, the $75 deposit is non-refundable.

However, if attendee cancels after making full payments or four (4) months of consecutive payments, partial refunds will be considered for cancellations prior to July 7, 2025 (45 days before retreat start date). Partial refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
