The ship sails from Galveston, TX on 11/05/23 and includes the ports:

- 6 Tatting Classes during our 3 days at sea
 
- All Meals and Entertainment on Board the Ship
 
- $50 per cabin on board credit *

Note that required gratuities, beverages, shore excursions, airport transfers and
other optional expenses are not included. Participants are on own to arrange
transportation to/from Galvaston (see below)
 
 
You must be registered with the Tat Sea group through
All Points Travel to participate in the planned classes, events,
and any optional TBD group activities.

Pricing below is PER PERSON based on DOUBLE OCCUPACY. 
 
Single occupancy as well as triple and quad may be available. Please contact Kristy at

If you are sharing with someone else paying their own, you will be billed for your portion only. Please indicate in the remarks box who you are sharing with. 
 
Cabins can be arranged with 2 twin beds or one King bed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 
* Pricing includes current taxes and port fees which are subject to change by local
governments. We will advise asap if there is a change in taxes.
 
* The best available cabin will be assigned at the time of booking. Book early for best
availability. Indicate below any questions or requests. 
 
* Insurance pricing will be provided at time of booking. We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance. 
 
* Currently RCCL does not require that all passengers be fully covid vaccinated. We do not yet know what the requirement will be, if any, for late 2023. The health requirement can change at any time. Penalties still apply for cancellation for those not willing or able to comply with any health or other ship requirements. 
 
 

Transportation

PLEASE INDICATE YOUR PLAN TO/FROM GALVESTON: *
 
Note: All cruisers should be to Galveston no later than 1:00pm on 11/05/23 (plan at least 1 hour from either airport in Houston); and depart either Houston airport no earlier than 1:00pm on 11/12/23. Please reach out to Kristy at All Points Travel if needed to confirm that your plan meets the requirements for the cruise itinerary. 
 
If driving in, there is is parking available for a fee at the cruise port. 
 
If flying in, we can add airport transfers with your cruise package. 2023 pricing TBA. 
 
We are happy to assist with hotel arrangement pre or post cruise (most will need to fly in night prior to arrive in time). 
 
Ask us about travel insurance to protect you against unexepected cancellation, trip interruption, and additional coverages like medical, lost bags, etc. All Points Travel always suggests the purchase of travel insurance.

Check your passport expiration, it should be valid for at least 6 months beyond dates of travel.
Allow at least 10-12 weeks for new passport processing.

There is a maximum of 4 per cabin on this sailing. If you are traveling with more than 4 people, a second registration and separate cabin is needed. 
 
Reminder that the pricing choices above are PER PERSON for 2 PEOPLE sharing one cabin. If you have a 3rd and 4th, please email or call Kristy for the pricing for the additional passengers. 
 

Payment Information

The payment schedule below is for the CRUISE part of this trip. 
 
Air, optional hotel add-on for pre or post cruise, and/or transfers may need payment upfront or have a different payment schedule. Please discuss with Kristy the options. 
 
$500 per person deposit (plus insurance if added) to confirm space
... $50 per person is non-refundable at the time of registration
... A total of $125 per person is non-refundable as of 5/3/23
 
Final payment is due 8/2/23
... A total of $750 per person is non-refundable as of 8/3/23
... No refund as of as of 9/6/23
 
Payments will be taken automatically when due unless you reach out to All Points Travel in advance with different form of payment or change of plan. There is an option below to opt in for monthly payments.  
 
Payment requirement for air and any land arrangements will be discussed at the time of booking. 
 
Cancelation penalties will be detailed on your payment invoices and based on the policies of the cruise line and any added air or land portions. A minimum of $50 is non-refundable at time of booking as stated above and will be retained for booking management regardless of reason for cancellation.  
 
Penalties apply even in the event of medical or other emergency cancellation. Travel insurance is available at an additional cost. Contact your APT agent for more details.

> Please review the package terms closely. In the event of travel disruption (including acts of God and other uncontrollable circumstances such as weather events, sickness or injury, virus outbreak, etc), All Points Travel will work with the supplier(s) for the best outcome for the client. But, any rebooking credit, refund, penalties, etc. are at the discretion of the supplier.

POSSIBLE PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINE REQUIRED:
Currently RCCL is NOT requiring proof of covid vaccine to sail. This may change by Fall 2023, but cannot be guaranteed. All Points Travel will keep you posted on any health protocols or requirments.

> COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS - Covid-19 restrictions and requirements may be in place for the ship OR any local areas being visited. This can change at any time and may vary from locality to locality in port and business to business. Please be prepared to have a supply of masks with you and wear one without complaint where activities or areas may require this. We will keep you posted as to any changes and updates. Having a vaccination does not currently exempt someone if a mask mandate is in place. A change in requirement or protocol is not cause for cancellation of the trip without the stated penalties.
