REGISTRATION RATE OPTIONS: Full conference registration, day rate registration, and student registration. All rate options include the opportunity to purchase tickets to evening events for an additional fee.

Included in this registration price is the Musical Instrument Museum reception, the lunch at the Desert Botanical Garden, the Taste Phoenix event at The Farm at South Mountain, the Gallo Blanco lunch, the AFJ Awards Reception, the DeSoto Central Market lunch and the Savor Scottsdale farewell cocktail hour and dinner.

Please note that the registration rates are based on the following tiered pricing structure:  
May 1 - June 1 - $375 for members; $425 for non-members 
June 2 - July 13 - $400 for members; $450 for non-members
July 14 - Sept. 1 - $475 for members; $525 for non-members

Students who do not choose the full conference registration may purchase space at the evening events below.  Students must verify that they are 21 years old in order to attend any off-site events. 
You will be required to verify your student status by listing your current college or university and your expected graduation date.

Is this your first AFJ annual conference? *
If you answered yes, would you like to be paired up with an AFJ veteran at the conference? This person would be available to introduce you to AFJ and other AFJ members/attendees.

Please check all meal-related activities you plan to attend; see the registration rate you chose to see which meals are included in your rate. (See below for more information about purchasing separate tickets or bringing guests to these events for additional cost.) Due to capacity issues, we regret that we cannot accomodate guests at the following events: Desert Botanical Garden lunch on Wednesday, Gallo Blanco lunch on Thursday and DeSoto Central Market lunch on Friday. 

Visit Tucson is sponsoring an overnight road trip to Tucson for 30 people. AFJ is charging a $25 administrative fee per per person to attend. Visit Tucson has negotiated a media rate of $125/night at the Loews Ventana Canyon. This rate includes a waived resort fee but does NOT include taxes. Expect to pay approximately $140/night after taxes.

--Roundtrip transportation from Phoenix to Tucson will be provided departing Saturday, Sept. 29 from the Sheraton Grand Phoenix at 9 a.m. On Sunday, participants should plan to board buses at 9:30 a.m. for the trip back to Phoenix Sheraton Grand. If you prefer to fly out of Tucson instead, Visit Tucson can arrange for you to get to the Tucson airport instead of returning to Phoenix. For additional questions regarding the trip, please email afj.amanda@gmail.com.  

EVENT RESERVATIONS FOR DAY-RATE ATTENDEES, STUDENTS, AND GUESTS: If you are purchasing a single-day registration and/or plan to bring a guest to one of the eligible meal events, then you must purchase space(s) by choosing one or more of the options below.

We are pleased to announce that the Sheraton Grand Phoenix is our host hotel for this year's conference. We have a dedicated website via this link for making reservations at an EXCLUSIVE AFJ DISCOUNTED RATE of $189/night (including taxes and fees, this totals $212.76/night). This group rate lasts until Sept. 4, or until we reach our contracted number of hotel rooms. We encourage you to make your reservation at the Sheraton today. See you at the Sheraton Grand Phoenix!
