REGISTRATION RATE OPTIONS: Full conference registration, day rate registration, and student registration. All rate options include the opportunity to purchase tickets to evening events for an additional fee.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 
 
Included in this registration price is the Talulah's Garden lunch, the AFJ Awards Reception, the cheesesteak run, the La Colombe coffee and distillery tour and the Taste Philadelphia event.
Please note: After July 1, you may apply to join AFJ at the half-year rate of $50.00; if your application is accepted, you would then be eligible to pay the member registration rate.

DAY RATE REGISTRATION

You may purchase passes for the evening events further down this regisration form. 

STUDENT REGISTRATION

Students who do not choose the full conference registration may purchase space at the evening events below.  Students must verify that they are 21 years old in order to attend any off-site events. 
You will be required to verify your student status by listing your current college or university and your expected graduation date.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SESSIONS - WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 13
We are pleased to offer a limited number of 20-minute morning coaching and critique sessions with Christopher Hirsheimer & Melissa Hamilton of Canal House. These sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions will take place at the Inquirer offices. THE COACHING SESSIONS ARE FULL AS OF 7/20/17. PLEASE EMAIL AMANDA AT AFJ.AMANDA@GMAIL.COM IF YOU ARE A MEMBER AND WOULD LIKE TO BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST.
You will be asked to submit samples of your work to AFJ at least one month prior to the coaching session.

Is this your first AFJ annual conference? *
If you answered yes, would you like to be paired up with an AFJ veteran at the conference? This person would be available to introduce you to AFJ and other AFJ members/attendees.

Our sponsor Visit Philadelphia is offering a limited number of spaces for early morning guided walking tours. On Wednesday evening, Visit Philadelphia will be providing a complimentary trip for conference attendees to eat cheesesteaks at Pat's and Geno's in South Philly.
 
Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. A rare opportunity to tour Dilworth Plaza, Philadelphia City Hall tower and observation deck. Limited to the first 30 participants.
  
Wednesday, 9:00 p.m. Cheesesteak run to Pat's and Geno's in South Philly. Enjoy Philly's iconic cheesesteak from two of the city's most celebrated sandwich makers, compliments of Visit Philadelphia. Open to all, REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
 
Thursday, 7:30 a.m. Sunrise walk in historic district including private tours of Independence Hall and Liberty Bell before the sites open to the public. Limited to the first 40 participants.
 
Friday, 8:00 a.m. Early morning walk showcasing Hidden Philadelphia. Tour otherwise unseen historic city streets. Discover city secrets hidden in plain sight! Limited to the first 40 participants.

We have a dedicated website for making reservations at an EXCLUSIVE AFJ DISCOUNTED RATE of $199/night. We encourage you to make your reservation at the Loews today. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations accepted until August 25, 2017, by notifying Amanda C. Miller at afj.amanda@gmail.com for a refund minus $20 for processing. No refunds will be issued after Aug. 21, 2017.
