ACBL LIABILITY INSURANCE

DEAR TOURNAMENT CORRESPONDENT:

USI carries the American Contract Bridge League's Liability Insurance. A few tournament sites require a Certificate of Insurance, and some of these facilities require that an additional insured be named on the Certificate. USI can help with both. As the tournament correspondent, please request a certificate regardless of whether the facility has requested one.

In the form below, please provide us with complete information about (1) your tournament's dates, (2) your tournament's playing site, and (3) the facility's requirements (usually stated to you in a letter from the facility; just send us the letter).

Please fill out the information request below and click “submit.” USI will automatically forward the certificate verifying your coverage to the contact person at the facility and to you.
