Eligibility

To qualify for a gift card(s), you must be a resident of Colorado, be one of the first 100 people to complete the follow up survey and fall into one of these categories: a person with an IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disability) or other disability, a family member or guardian of a child or adult with an IDD, a friend of someone with an IDD, a caregiver, professional, or setting that supports/cares for someone with an IDD.
