Your Deposit: We require a $100 deposit in addition to rental fees. Should the Lodge be left in an unacceptable condition, a minimum $20/hr cleaning fee will be assessed. Thurston County Parks reserves the right to withhold a portion of your deposit if conditions necessitate lengthy cleaning and/or repairs. Deposits paid by cash or check will be refunded by check within 10 days of your event. Deposits paid by credit card will be returned as a credit back to the card used No refunds will be given if a violation of facility rules or regulations occurs.
Cancellation Policy: A $25 fee will be assessed for cancellation of your reservation of the Lodge. Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the reserved date will result in charges of the full rental fee.
Payment: After we confirm the requested date we will contact you by email with instructions for payment. Your request will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within two (2) working days.
Agreement: The undersigned hereby submits a request to Thurston County Parks for rental use of the Kenneydell Park Lodge and certifies that the information given is correct. This request must be made by the adult who will be responsible for and in attendance at the event. The applicant is responsible for anyone leaving the event under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Alcohol is permitted only when applicable permits have been obtained from the Washington State Liquor and Cannibis Board.
