UTILITY CANCELLATIONS

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTAL: Return this form along with attachments no later than 10 days following your Lease End Date.

Thank you for being a resident at one of our properties. Prior to returning your Security Deposit, we require evidence that you have paid for any City utilities for which you are responsible. If we do not receive this evidence, additional funds to cover estimated charges may be charged to your security deposit along with an added service charge of $150 if we need to pay any bills on your behalf.

Upload evidence that you have ordered a final WATER meter reading and have paid the final bill. If the bill has not cycled, you can alway make an estimated/partial payment to the City. All you have to do is call the City or use your last bill to estimate the payment. If we do not receive the receipt, we will estimate the bill ending on your last day of the lease and post the charge 10 days following your lease end.

MAKE SURE THAT THE DOCUMENT YOU SUMBIT IS ACTUAL PROOF, SUCH AS A RECEIPT. WE DO NOT CONSIDER ANYTHING OTHER THAN A RECEIPT. ALL CITIES WILL PROVIDE A RECEIPT UPON PAYMENT. *

CLEANING RECEIPT

Upload a copy of the receipt from the Professional Cleaning company that you used for the Deep Cleaning, as well as the Cleaning Checklist provided in your Resident Manual/Lease. See your lease regarding requirements for final cleaning.
