2017 ORCCA Awards for Contact Centre

"The Ottawa Regional Contact Centre Association (ORCCA) is dedicated to the advancement of the Contact Centre profession and industry throughout Canada's National Capital Region."
The categories for the 2017 Contact Centre Excellence Awards are:
- CONTACT CENTRE OF THE YEAR (overall)
- CONTACT CENTRE LEADER OF THE YEAR (for a specific area of competency*)
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee Engagement
- Training and Professional Development
- Quality Assurance
- First Call Resolution
- Business Process Improvement
*Only one or two selected areas of competency can be submitted for consideration.
To submit your nomination, simply complete and submit this form no later than Friday, August 4, 2017, along with your nomination fee*:
Contact Centre of the Year: $100 (25 FTE agents or less), $200 (26 -99 FTE), or $300 (100 or more FTE's)
Contact Centre Leader of the Year (area of competency): $100
*An ORCCA member who is nominating their Contact Centre for both award categories shall pay the highest applicable fee one time. A non-member fee for either Contact Centre award category is $500.
Upon receipt of the completed nomination form and payment, you will be contacted by an ORCCA representative to receive detailed instructions on the selection process and to arrange for our judges to visit your centre(s). This visit will consist of a presentation and a tour of the centre not to exceed 4 hours for “Best Contact Centre of the Year” nominations, and up to 2 hours for “Contact Centre Leader of the Year” nominations. The allocated time includes a presentation, Q&A and site tour.
