The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is hosting the China Healthcare Executive Leadership Training Program to familiarize delegates with U.S. policies, technologies, standards, and industry best practices in the fields of healthcare and hospital administration. The delegates represent national and provincial healthcare agencies and hospitals across China. The visit will provide U.S. companies, universities, and hospitals with the chance to learn about opportunities in the field.

This event is organized in collaboration with the U.S.-China Healthcare Cooperation Program (HCP). HCP, in consultation with the American and Chinese governments, works to strengthen partnerships while leveraging healthcare industry strengths in public health, policy research, training, R&D, and technology, with the ultimate goal of expanding patients’ access to healthcare services in China.

The delegation will include 25 delegates from China, including officials and administrators of urban and provincial health systems and hospitals. A delegate list is included on the next page.

U.S. businesses, universities, and hospitals can connect with key decisionmakers at the U.S.-China Healthcare Workshop and Reception, where they can learn about the latest developments and project opportunities in China’s healthcare sector.
The reception will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 pm at:
Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites
198 E Delaware Place
Chicago, IL 60611
U.S. companies, hospitals, and universities are also welcome to attend presentations by the delegates and HCP member companies from 9:00am-5:00pm, prior to the reception.
