The 2018 NPC Northwest Championships will be held at the Little Creek Resort and Casino, 91 W State Route 108, Shelton, WA, on November 10, 2018. This all-inclusive venue provides hotel accommodations, restaurants, entertainment, and the competition venue in one, convenient, beautiful location.
 
The NPC Northwest Championship has built a reputation for promoting an entertaining and successful show, and will continue to do so with your support. Additionally, the Northwest Championship is the longest running show in the Northwest and continues to bring quality athletes and fans from out local region, as well as from across the country. We anticipate 1,200-1,300 attendees.

The Application Process

Welcome sponsors and vendors of the 2018 NPC Northwest Championships. Please complete and submit the following sponsor and vendor application. Once the application has been received and approved, your organization will be contacted. Payment is due at the time of application. Deadline for vendors is August 4, 2018After the deadline we will still accept vendors but cannot guarantee maximized publicity through pre-event printed publicity. Vendors are responsible to provide N38 Productions, LLC with all logos, program ads, and talking ads in digital form. Last year all of the available booths were sold out. We recommend submitting your application/agreement as soon as possible.

Applicant Information

Vendor Passes

Each vendor will receive two(2) total vendor passes for access to the venue and booth per 10'x10' booth purchased. All other employees, staff, friends/family, or additional vendor personnel must purchase vendor passes ($60) to access the show and vendor booths. Please list the authorized personel receiving vendor passes below:
Additional vendor passes ($60) must be purchased for all employees, friends, family, etc, to access the venue. Vendor passes include vendor access to both pre-judging and finals shows.

Vendor Policies and Procedures

Exclusivity: No Vendors will have exclusivity, other competing vendor's products and services will be allowed, unless stated otherwise.
 
Vending Time: The length of time an exhibitor must remain at location is, Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 8:30am - 1:00pm (facility doors locked between prejudging and finals events), and from 4:30pm - 11:00pm (end times are approximated and you understand there may be a fluctuation +/- based on when events end). Vendors will be allowed the option to set up Friday, November 9, 2018 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm or Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 7:00am-8:30am.
 
Security: Security will be provided each day at the NW Championships and every effort will be made to keep the grounds secure and your product and equpiment safe. NW Championships is not responisble for any theft, damage, etc. that may occur during the event and all related activities at the grounds.
 
Food Vendors: With the exception of supplements, no food or drink vendors are allowed to sample or sell product.
 
Vendor Sales: All vendor sales are limited ot the space designated by the event manager for each vendor. Vendors will not be permitted to walk around the event selling merchandise or services unless given written permission from N38 Productions, LLC.
 
Sales Tax: All vendors are required to pay their own sales tax from any sales made at the NW Championships.
 
Signage: No signs outside of the venue or outside of the vendor space assigned to each vendor unless purchased with sponsorship package.
 
Any guideline or rule stated in this application may be changed from time to time by the Event Coordinator or Promoter.

Please include a photo or website link of product(s) and or service(s) being offered and describe in detail the type of display, presentation, and items to be given as samples or sold. Only items listed on this application will be allowed, please be very specific. Only pre-packaged food/supplements will be allowed in vendor area, no water or drink sales.

Submit Your Logos

If possible, please submit a light and a dark version of your logo to account for different background colors. We want to be sure you logos pop on advertisements and don't blend into the background. Logos with transparent backgrounds are the optimal preference but not required.


Additional Terms and Agreement

Once accepted into the Northwest Championships, I agree:
A. To hereby release and forever discharge Northwest Championships, N38 Productions, LLC. , and its officers and agents. All sponsoring organizations, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss, or damages arising out of or in conjunction with my application and participation in the Northwest Championships. The Northwest Championships will not be responsible for any injury sustained by vendors or guests while within space designated for the aforementiond, including the sale of all products or services occuring at such booth space. I agree to pay for all damages that may have been caused as a result of the operation of my booth, sale of my products, or of any of my other actions at the Northwest Championships. I further agree to store my products and/or murchandise at my own risk without exception or limitations.
B. To supply all necessary equipment for my products.
C. To comply with all representations of this application and with all of the conditions and deadline set forth in the informational letter sent to me upon acceptance into the Northwest Championships. I further agree that if I do not comply with such representations or conditions, nor meet all requirements, I may not be allowed to operate the day of the event and I would forfeit all entry fees.
D. To leave my space as I found it, properly disposing of trash and all waste products within the components made available by Northwest Championships and removing all my equipment in a timely manner at the conclusion of the event. I agree to pay for any expenses that the Northwest Championships may have incurred as a result of my not fully cooperating with the event organizers. Minimum fee incurred for non-compliance is $500.
E. To use my best efforts to present high quality products and services and to cooperate with event organizers in assuring the Northwest Championships will be the best possible.
F. Should an Act of God, Terrorism, Mother Nature, or Community Disaster occur, Northwest Championships staff will make all decisions regarding the Northwest Championships based on safety first. Northwest Championships cannot accept the risk of disaster for everyone. Each participant and vendor needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee.
G. There will be NO REFUNDS. The money paid is spent developing the event. Northwest Championships does not save money if you do not participate in the event. Northwest Championships has ordered and is liable for every supply, rental, and service needed for the event, regardless of the outcome. These costs include but are not limited to paying for marketing, enterainments, permits, event staff, offices and adminstration costs all year.

Sponsor And Vendor Packages

PRESENTING SPONSOR PACKAGE ($1,250.00)
 
As a presenting sponsor, your business will be recognized as one of the major sponsors throughout the show. This package provides:
 
     1. 10'x10' vending space with electrical power, in premium location inside the convention center. (Additional booths available for purchase below.) Vending space includes pre-set pipe and drape, a 6' table with standard linen table cloth, and two chairs.
     2. Full page advertisement (ad provided by you) in one of the inside covers of the program or its adjacent page.
     3. Two trophy presentations (one for overall award & one weight class award)
     4. A looping digital ad on-stage of your company logo.
     5. Your company logo will be on all printed materials (posters, applications, programs, and flyers).
     6. Your sponsorship will be recognized twice during the show with spoken advertisement by the Emcee.
     7. Four (4) V.I.P tickets on main floor
 

HOST SPONSOR PACKAGE ($500 & $1,000 wholesale value in product)
 
As a host sponsor, in addition to the sponsor fee, you provide the Northwest Championships with $1,000 (wholesale value) in product. This package provides:
 
     1. 10'x10' vending space with electrical power, in premium location. Vending space includes pre-set pipe and drape, a 6' table with standard linen table cloth, and two chairs. (Additional booths available for purchase below.)
     2. Full page advertisement (ad provided by you) on the outside back cover or center spread of program.
     3. A trophy presentation.
     4. A looping digital ad on-stage of your company logo.
     5. Your company logo will be on all printed materials (posters, applications, programs, and flyers).
     6. Your sponsorship will be recognized twice during the show with spoken advertisement by the Emcee.

GENERAL SPONSOR PACKAGE ($750)
This package provides:  
 
     1. 10'x10' vending space inside the venue. All vending booths include pre-set pipe and drape, a 6' table with standard linen table cloth, and two chairs. Electrical power can be provided for an additional $15 fee and must be requested at the time of application submission. (Additional booths available for purchase below)
     2. Full page advertisement (ad provided by you) in the program.
     3. A looping digital ad on-stage of your company logo.

LINE SPONSOR PACKAGE ($500)
This package provides:
 
     1. A half page advertisement (ad provided by you) in the program.
     2. A trophy presentation.
     3. A looping digital ad on-stage of your company logo.
     4. Your sponsorship will be recognized once during the show with spoken advertisement by the Emcee.

COSMETOLOGY SPONSOR PACKAGE ($300)
This package provides:
 
     1. A quarter page advertisement (ad provided by you) in the program.
     2. A looping digital ad on-stage of your company logo.
     3. Your menu of services and/or website link added to all competitor resources, specifically the competitor page on olympiabodybuilding.com.

Individual Promotional Offers

Vending Booth:
Individual 10'x10' booth spaces are available to sell or display your company's merchandise or services. All venthing booths will include pipe and drape, 6' tables with basic linen table cloth, and two chairs. Electrical power supply can be provided for an additional $15 fee. The power must be requested at time of application submission.
