Please list you menu items or attach you menu and their prices including sales tax, vendors are respnosible for handling sales tax. Sunnyside Music Festival is not responsible for any state or federal sales tax responsibilities for any vendors. As a vendor, you will be required to collect tax on all purchases, and remit those taxes to the government within 15 days of the event. CLICK HERE for sales tax instructions and forms. Applications will be considered at the sole discretion of event management.

RENTAL ITEMS
Booth rental fees are for the physical BOOTH SPACE ONLY. We do not take orders for tents, tables and chairs. Food and Novelity Food Vendors must bring their own equipment.

FIRE PERMIT
Required by the City & County of Denver. Vendors cooking with open flames (grill, etc) should return proof of a current annual permit (must not expire until after September 9, 2017) or complete a FIRE PERMIT APPLICATION HERE and select payment for single event or annual below. Permit applications or proof of permit must be emailed to director@sunnysidemusicfest.org no later than August 25, 2017.
ELECTRICITY
Due to grounding and permitting purposes Food and Novelty Food vendors may not bring their own generator, however one (1) 110v/20 amp connection is free, anymore connection that is needed beyond that there is a charge. Please indicate your electrical needs. *
INSURANCE
ALL vendors are required to carry liability insurance for $1,000,000 per occurrence with a certificate of additional insured naming Sunnyside Music Festival.  Please inform your liability insurance carrier to issue a certificate with these requirements:

    1. Certificate Holder is: Sunnyside Music Festival, 3845 Tennyson St, Unit 185, Denver, CO 80212

    2. Listed as Additional Insured: Festival Staff, Contractors & Volunteers, The city and county of Denver  

    3. Coverage effective for the dates September 9, 2017

If you currently do not have a liability insurance policy, or would prefer to purchase this required coverage separately, you can purchase a certificate through a group policy for $35. CLICK HERE to be directed to purchase coverage. Vendors have through August 31st to submit their own certificate of additional insured. After August 31st, you will be required to purchase the coverage through this group policy at your own cost of $35.

PLEASE READ VENDOR AGREEMENT THAT WILL BE EMAILED UPON TRANSACTION COMPLETION FOR MORE INFO ON LICENSING, FIRE, HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.

CLEAN-UP DEPOSIT
Vendors paying with a credit card authorize SUNNYSIDE MUSIC FESTIVAL to charge an additional $100 that will be charged to your card, and then refunded after the festival if the vendor's area is well cleaned. *
