The California Democratic Party will host its Summer Executive Board meeting  July 13 - July 15, 2018, at the Oakland Marriott City Center, 1001 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94607.
 
We expect more than 300 E-Board members to be in attendance, as well as CDP Standing Committee members, County Chairs, elected officials and activists, making this an excellent place to showcase your organization, candidacy, or business. 

At this E-Board Meeting, CDP will consider endorsements of statewide ballot measure positions and statewide candidate races in which two Democratic candidates advance to the General Election and neither candidate received pre-Primary endorsement.

A La Carte

Hospitality Suite - $1,500

  • Room on either Friday or Saturday night from 10:15pm-Midnight
  • $750 deposit required to reserve suite.  Balance due 15 days prior to event. 
  • Cancellation from May 9th - June 13th will receive 75% of deposit 
  • Cancellation from June 14th - June 27th will receive 25% of deposit
  • Cancellation from June 28th - July 13th will forefiet deposit
  • Listing of your event on the agenda
  • 2 observer passes

App Digital Banner - $1,000

  • Your campaign or organization’s logo will be displayed on our app throughout the Executive Board meetingPlease note display will be contingent upon active participation

  • All logos must be received by Friday, June 22nd @ 5pm

Exhibit Table - $1,000 

  • One table will be provided for the display of literature and materials throughout the Executive Board Meeting
  • Table locations will NOT be assigned in advance and space will be given on a first come, first served, basis
  • 2 observer passes

Hours for the Exhibit Hall are as follows:
Friday, July 13th – 4:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday, July 14th – 9:00am-9:00pm
Sunday, July 15th – 9:00am-11:00am 

* Breakdown will be from 11:00am-12:00pm on Sunday, July 15th.

It is suggested that you schedule staff to stay with your table during all public hours; the California Democratic Party is not liable to any exhibitor for any exhibit damage, loss, or destruction of exhibitor property or personal injury resulting from any cause. The exhibitor expressly waives all claims for such loss, damage, or injury.
