  • All emails are subject to AAPG Show Management approval.

Pre-Convention Registration Post Card Mailing
 

Deliver your message to approximately 10,000 potential ACE 2020 attendees with a pre-event postcard mailer. These limited direct mail pieces will feature your ad/branding message on one side of the postcard and an exclusive ACE registration offer, compliments of your company, on the other side. This is a great opportunity to drive people to your booth, increase your brand awareness, and engage with geoscience industry leaders.

 
Two key dates to choose from: 
  • 13 April 2020 hits desks/mailboxes
  • 11 May 2020 hits desks/mailboxes
Artwork Specs and deadlines
  • 13 April 2020  - Artwork will be due on or before 1 April 2020
  • 11 May 2020  - Artwork will be due on or before 29 April 2020
  • Artwork specs – 792 x 1116 px (300dpi)
  • Acceptable content formats (.PDF, .JPEG)
  • All artwork subject to AAPG Show Management approval

Bag Stuffing - Promotional pieces  or giveaway items placed in the attendee bags.
  • Exhibitor to provide the promotional pieces and/or giveaway items.  
  • Suggested items: one-sheet 8.5 x 11 flyer, tri-fold brochures, postcards or small giveaway items
  • Pens and notepads are not permitted. 
  • Items must be approved by AAPG Show Management. 
  • Items must be shipped direct to AAPG to arrive no later than May 5, 2020.
