Due to the current situation, we have adjusted the deadlines for several mandatory exhibitor forms to fall after 1 May 2020.  AAPG continues to monitor the global spread of COVID-19 and the reports from international and national health authorities, including the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to guide our decision-making. This person(s) will be responsible and authorized to discuss and resolve any situation that may arise concerning your exhibit.   Up to three contacts can be listed.

EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) Work Authorization

Please provide information any EAC that will be hired to assist with your booth.  Upon completion of this form any EAC listed will automatically recieve an email providing them with important information about show and asking them to complete the EAC Contact and Indemnification Form.
