Available Meeting Rooms

Rooms are located on the Level 4 of the Austin Convention Center where all other Technical Sessions are also taking place.
 
Pre-Conference Booking Rates:
$400/Half Day (Room usage of 5 hours or less)
$800/ Full Day (Room usage of 8 or more hours)
 
Catering and Audio Visual are available for additional fees. If requested, vendor links/menus will be sent to you along with contact information to place orders direct.
