Meeting Room Rental Agreement

URTeC has a limited number of meeting rooms that are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Please submit your requested space, date, and time. We will review your request and confirm availability. Prices are listed in US dollars.
 
Half Day is $750
 
Full Day is $1,500

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once you have submitted this form with the requested dates and setup, we will send available space. An invoice will be sent for the total rental amount due based on the space selected.
 
You may then submit a credit card for payment or pay by wire at that time.
Please note that all Space Rentals must be paid in full PRIOR to the event date.  We cannot guarantee your space if payment is not received in full prior to the date of use.

Room rentals include the furniture appropriate for the selected setup. Catering and audiovisual services may be contracted through the Uniline AFTER space is confirmed.
