Additional Information

Please note that upon completion of this form, if you are using an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor), they are required to complete the EAC Indemnification/Insurance/Booth Rendering/Height Variance Form (due June 5th) in order to gain access to the Exhibition Floor and build your booth accordingly. This form is a convenient online form which includes the Indemnification, Insurance Requirement as well as the Booth Rendering and Height Restrictions.
