Meeting Room Rental Agreement

CCUS Latin America has a limited number of rooms at the venue that are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meeting rooms are in the InterContinental Hotel, one floor above the technical sessions, plenaries, and exhibition. All rooms come equipped with wireless internet, a projector and screen.

Please submit your requested space, date, and time. We will review your request and confirm availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and include taxes.

$1,500 Full Day (07:00 – 18:00)

$750 Half Day – Morning (07:00 – 12:00)

$750 Half Day – Afternoon (13:00 – 18:00)

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once you have submitted this form with the requested dates and setup, we will send available space. An invoice will be sent for the total rental amount due based on the space selected.

You may then submit a credit card for payment or pay by wire at that time.

Please note that all Space Rentals must be paid in full PRIOR to the event date. We cannot guarantee your space if payment is not received in full prior to the date of use.

Room rentals include the furniture appropriate for the selected setup. Catering and audiovisual services may are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
