Please take a minute to fill out this form if you need babysitting. Our seventh and eighth grade students, with adult supervision, will provide babysitting services. We need to know how many children you are bringing and their ages so that we can make sure we have enough babysitters.
We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, April 2, 2008. The Smart Discipline workshop will start at 6:30pm and you can bring your children as early as 6:00pm. The workshop will conclude at 8:30pm. Please plan on picking you children up by 9:00pm.
