Food Safety Manager Training and/or Exam Registration

The ServSafe® Seminar is an 6-hour certification program which teaches owners and food handlers how to protect against food borne illness outbreaks, minimize insurance costs, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality.  More than two million managers nationwide have been certified through this program.  In order to become certified, one must pass the exam given at the end of the seminar with a score of 75% or better.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy


If you are unable to make your class please let us know by phone (866) 920-6456 or by email at info@westernfoodsafety.com within 24 hours of your class date.  Any reschedules made within 24 hours of your class result in a $25 rescheduling fee payable prior to being placed in an alternate class.  If you would like to cancel your class booking please let us know 24 hours before your class date in order to qualify for a refund.
