A minimum $100 deposit will be required to hold a booth. The balance is due on arrival. Dealers must provide their own tablecloths for all front tables. Dealers are obliged to staff their booths throughout all show hours and up to 3 PM on Sunday unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to do so is considered a potential breach of contract.

* I would like to reserve the same size booth for ROPEX-NTSS 2013, May 17-19. This joint RPA-American Topical Association show also celebrates the RPA's 100th anniversary. A separate $100 deposit is needed when applying for this show.
