Yelm Basketball Signup Form

  • Who: Boys and Girls 2nd grade thru 6th grade
  • Online registration
  • Cost: $40.00 per player (includes registration fees and player will receive a T-shirt and Ball)
  • 2nd and 3rd grade teams will be combined boys and girls. 4th, 5th and 6th grades will be separated into boys and girls teams. Games and practices will be held throughout the week at Yelm, Tenino, and Rainier School gyms. Practices will begin the week of (TBD- WINTER) while games will begin (TBD - WINTER). Teams will have 2 practices a week initially until games start. At that point the practice times will decrease, as the gyms will begin to have games in them. Due to limited gym space, some of the 5th/6th grade teams may have practices or games at 8:00 pm during the week. We will try to limit this to only 1 time per week and will do whatever possible to not have to practice or have games at this time. No score will be kept for 2nd and 3rd grade games; the upper grades will keep score. In all situations, if a team is ahead by more than 20 points the scoreboard will be turned off. The emphasis will be on learning fundamental basketball and having fun.

    Winter leagues are now forming. We WILL NOT be able to accept sign-ups after practices begin as the shirts and balls will have already been ordered.

    PAYMENT

    We will have supplier available on Photo day to add name to shirts. By pre-ordering you can bypass the line and go direct to application. You may also place order on picture day. Names will be added ON picture day when shirts are distributed to players.

    When you hit SUBMIT you will be asked to review your order and then click to be taken to the PAYPAL payment page. Each child must be registered separately and paid for separately. Children who are registered without payment will need to make payment PRIOR to registration cut-off date. Thank You

    Registrations received without paypal payment will not be put on the roster until payment is received.
