If your answer is NO, you must take your old ID card to the Campus ID office (Administration 103) so they can replace your ID card with a proxy card ID. (All new students and employees are issued a proxy card ID. Some older employees and students have both an ID card and a proxy card badge. The proxy card badge and the proxy ID can be used to access H2046 and some other computer classrooms, but the older ID cards can only be used to access computer classrooms that are not part of the Lenel security system (such as the SBS History classroom).)

Until you get a proxy card, you cannot gain access to Humanities 2046 and many other computer classrooms. I can tentatively schedule you in Humanities without the proxy card, but as soon as you receive your proxy card, you must contact me at cdavidson@notes.cc.sunysb.edu with the five-digit proxy card number.
