Terms and Conditions (Please Read Carefully!)
Cookie Costumes are on a first come, first served basis. During Cookie Program (January – March) only one costume per troop may be borrowed at a time. Costumes must be picked-up at the front desk of the Service Center/Office requested - but must be picked-up by Noon* on the day requested, otherwise the costume will be offered to the next troop on the waiting list. Costumes must be returned by Noon* on the return date - otherwise the deposit will be kept by Council.
*Please note that not all offices are open every day. Please make an appointment to pick-up or drop off costumes for offices that are on flex schedules.
PLEASE NOTE: Cookie Costumes are property of GSHPA. There is a $25 deposit (Check ONLY) required for each costume. When terms and conditions are met, the $25 deposit will be returned to the borrowing party. If the borrowing party fails to return the costume/s, or if the costume/s are returned in poor condition, the deposit will be kept. Costumes may only be rented for a maximum of three (3) business days. Costume availability is based on demand; we will make our best effort to supply each troop with any special requests for a specific costume.
If costumes are not returned to Council, the loaning-party will be financially responsible for the replacement and in addition will not receive their $25 deposit back.
