Terms and Conditions (Please Read Carefully!)
Cookie Supplies are on a first come, first served basis. Only one costume per troop may be borrowed at a time - (this only applies during Cookie Sale: January - March). If the item you requested is unavailable on the date needed, we will try to provide an alternate (cookie costume only). Costumes/supplies must be picked-up at the front desk of the Service Center requested - but must be picked-up by 2pm on the day requested, otherwise the costume will be offered to the next troop on the waiting list. Costumes/supplies must be returned by Noon on the return date - otherwise the *deposit will be kept by Council.

PLEASE NOTE: Cookie Costumes and Supplies are property of GSHPA. *There is a $25 deposit required for each costume and/or supply rental. When terms and conditions are met, the $25 deposit will be returned to the borrowing party. If the borrowing party fails to return the costumes and/or supplies, or if the costumes and/or supplies are returned in poor condition, the deposit will be kept. Costumes may only be rented for a maximum of three (3) days, Supplies one (1) week. Costume availability is based on demand, we will make our best effort to supply each troop with their requested costume and/or supplies.

If costumes are not returned to Council, the loaning-party will be financially responsible for the replacement and in addition will not receive their $25 deposit back.

Please note: Costumes must be picked up by 2pm - otherwise next troop on waiting list will be called to pick-up the costume. Costumes may only be rented for a maximum of three (3) days. Terms of Agreement

By signing this Terms of Agreement, the Borrower agrees to follow the Terms and Conditions listed above, in addition:

It is understood that the borrowed costumes and supplies will remain in the condition received and will not be repaired, restored, cleaned or altered in any way without the permission of Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania. The costumes and supplies may not be loaned to a third party without the advance approval of GSHPA. The borrower agrees to use the costumes and supplies only for purposes of representing the Girl Scouts and in agreement to abide by the Girl Scout Law. The borrower is responsible for returning the costumes within 2-3 days of borrowing, and supplies within a week. This agreement may be amended by the agreement of both parties at any time during the loan. Borrower agrees to the Terms of Agreement on this form and borrower agrees to pay the $25 deposit at the time of pick-up. The Borrower agrees that Council has the right to deny the return of the $25 deposit if Borrower does not follow the Terms of Agreement as stated in this agreement.
