In case of cancellation by rental client, client will be entitled to (excluding required deposit):
* 40% rental refund prior to 2 months before event.
* 20% rental refund after 2 months before event.
* No rental refund (0%) will be issued within one month of event
* Required Deposit is not refundable. Percentage refunds are based on balance due excluding the required deposit.
* At end of event the gallery premises must be left in clean condition (as found before rental), otherwise cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

RELEASE:  October Gallery expressly disclaims all liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or default of, caterer, equipment supplier, food company or person rendering any of the services included for this event, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery beak down, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

I also understand that October Gallery cannot be held liable and or responsible for any acts of God or events that are not under the control of October Gallery that might result in postponement delays or cancellation of this event. I agree and comply with the terms and conditions listed above and below in this agreement.
