Space assignments are made based on sign up date

Booth Space Standard 10' x 10' $850

Booth Space Run of Show 8' x 8' $500

Table Space 4' x 8' $185

All exhibitor applications are subject to the approval of October Gallery. Product line must meet with the approval of October Gallery. If product line is not approved money will be refunded. Once an application is approved, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS

SPACES CAN NOT BE SUBLET TO ANOTHER ARTIST OR EXHIBITOR.

Space assignments are only permanent once payment in full has been received. Space assignments are canceled when balance payments are not received by the agreed due date. In such a case, any deposits are held on account and can only be applied to a booth once paid in full. If all booths are sold prior to receiving a full payment, then the deposit will be forfeited with No Refunds.

I agree to display and sell only the product(s) stated below. If additional product is displayed or sold that is not part of this agreement and October Gallery determines that said extra product is a duplication of product being sold by another exhibitor or is a product not in keeping with the standards of the Marketplace, then exhibitor will either remove said product from the Marketplace or must relinquish their space and receive no refund. This also applies to subletting.

I also understand that October Gallery cannot be held liable and or responsible for any acts of God or events that are not under the control of October Gallery that might result in postponement delays or cancellation of this event. I agree and comply with the terms and conditions listed above and below in this agreement.

Space assignments are subject to final balance paid on time.
